  2. Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
  3. Non-Delivery – If your package is lost in transit and not delivered within 30 days of shipment, we will issue a replacement or refund.
  4. Product Quality Issues – If you experience an issue related to product quality, you may contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for review. Refunds or exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to health, safety, and legal considerations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Used or opened products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Perishable items such as edibles and concentrates.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
  • Orders confiscated by customs (for international shipments, please check your local laws before ordering).

International Orders

We ship worldwide, but it is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with their local cannabis laws. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders seized by customs or returned due to import restrictions.

Refund & Return Process

  2. Approval & Instructions – If your return or refund is approved, we will provide return instructions (if applicable) or process your refund.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
